Coliseum Pool & Grill Rules & Regulations

We reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry, or require a person already admitted to leave the Resort or any part thereof, without refund, liability of compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security, or order, or if we consider that the circumstance otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion.

Guests are eligible to book up to two cabanas per room reservation. Additional cabanas or cabana reservations for those without a room reservation will be available based on availability and at the discretion of the Resort.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in the cabanas:

Adult Supervision
Children should be supervised at all times by an adult. Children under the age of 18 cannot be left unattended in the cabana or at the pool.

Disruption and Experience
We endeavor to create and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and Resort associates. Any behavior, language, or actions deemed unsafe, abusive, disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate, will not be tolerated.

Non-Commercial Use
Cabanas cannot be used for commercial purposes or to conduct any commercial activities.

Damage to Cabana
The Guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the cabana property during the booking and will be required to pay the amount required to remedy such damage.


Cabana Hours
Cabana service begins at 10am until 5:30pm each day. The pool closes at 9pm.

Maximum Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed in a Regular Cabana is 10, and for a Cabana Suite, it is 12. Exceeding these limits is strictly prohibited.

Food & Beverage
There is a $300 F&B minimum in addition to the Cabana rental fee. If you have a room reservation, the Food and Beverage minimum will be waived.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at Coliseum Pool & Grill upper patio and Villa Clubhouse terrace. Pets are not permitted at Coliseum Pool Deck, Cabanas, Adult Pool, and Pelican Grill. Service animals are welcome in all outlets.

Credit Card Policy
A credit card is required to request a reservation. If confirmed, payment in full is captured on the day of your reservation using a physical credit card.

Cancellation Policy
All Cabana reservations made directly with the resort can be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event time. If you cancel inside of 72 hours prior to your reservation or you do not show up for your reservation, we will charge the card on file for the full amount of your booking.
